ORDER PLACEMENT

To place your order, simply select your preferred style on the product page. Click on the “Add to Cart” button and follow the instructions to complete your order. Once your order is processed, we’ll notify you when it’s ready to be shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

Our store typically ships orders within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

TRACKING ISSUES

Tracking numbers may take up to 2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If your tracking number is not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier. In case the carrier loses your order, reach out to us for further assistance.

LATE ORDER ASSISTANCE

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days for domestic and 20 business days for international orders, contact us for support.
